Steak 'n Shake

Hey hey!

Hoje trago-vos mais um post e desta vez é sobre comida. Recentemente fui almoçar ao Steak 'n Shake, de certeza que já ouviram falar ou já viram imensas fotografias espalhadas pelo instagram. É recente cá no Porto, mas o primeiro foi criado há cerca de 80 anos.

Mas vamos lá passar à parte importante, a comida em si haha

Quando fomos, optamos por ir apenas à parte dos steakburgers e deixar os batidos para outro dia. Escolhemos um Steakburger e Batatas Fritas Artesanais, havendo outras especialidades também.

O que escolhi foi o Original Double 'N Cheese, que é um steakburger grelhado duplo, com queijo americano, alface, picles, tomate, cebola e o molho é ketchup.

As batatas fritas foram as caseiras normais, havendo também com queijo cheddar, queijo cheddar e bacon e outras condimentadas.

Acabamos de comer e decidimos ficar mais um bocado, o espaço é super confortável e tranquilo. Passado uns minutos uma funcionária veio-nos oferecer dois copinhos pequenos de batido para provarmos e ficarmos a conhecer os sabores, manga e morango. Pessoalmente gostei dos dois, o de manga era um pouco mais doce, daí se tivesse de escolher apenas um, entre esses dois, fosse para o de morango. Achei também super simpático da parte deles terem essa iniciativa, de darem a provar aos clientes os diferentes batidos para ficarmos a conhecer melhor.

O preço é acessível e recomendo irem lá um dia!

A localização é na Praça de Guilherme Gomes Fernandes 67, 4050-159 Porto. Ao lado da Leitaria da Quinta do Paço e perto da Livraria Lello.

Hey hey!

Today I bring you another post and this time it's about food. I recently went to lunch at Steak 'n Shake, for sure you have already heard about it or seen lots of photos spread on instagram. It is new here in Oporto, but the first one was created about 80 years ago.

But let's move on to the important part, the food itself haha

When we went, we opted to just go to the steakburgers and leave the milkshakes for another day. We chose a Steakburger and Fries, there being other specialties as well.

What I chose was the Original Double 'N Cheese, which is a double grilled steakburger, with American cheese, lettuce, pickles, tomato, onion and the sauce is ketchup.

The fries were the usual homemade. There were also fries with cheddar, cheddar and bacon and other spicy ones.

We ate and decided to stay a little longer, the space was super comfortable and quiet. After a few minutes an employee came to offer us two small shake cups to taste and get to know the flavors, mango and strawberry. Personally I liked the two, the mango was a little sweeter, so if I had to choose only one, between those two, I would go for the strawberry. I thought it was also very nice of them to have this initiative, to give customers a taste of the different shakes to get to know better.

The price is affordable and I recommend you going there one day!

Tenho grandes notícias! Como leram no título... Eu fiz o meu primeiro vídeo no YouTube!!
A ideia de fazer vídeos já começou há imenso tempo, mas só agora tive a coragem de o fazer e postar.
Estou super contente com o resultado, está bem filmado e adoro a música, sei que não é ao gosto de todos mas eu acho que ficou super bem com o vídeo.
O vídeo é acerca de maquilhagem (claro ahah) e é um look simples, super casual e todos o podem fazer, para não falar que todos os produtos são drugstore.
Agora que já vos contei acerca do vídeo, vou vos mostrar todos os produtos que usei, cujos não mostrei no vídeo.

So I have big news! As you read on the title... I made my first YouTube Video!!
The idea of making videos started too long ago but only now I had the courage to make it and post it. I'm really happy with the result, it's well filmed and I love the music, I know that it isn't everyones favorite but I think it goes really good with the video.
The video is about makeup (of course haha) and it's a simple look, very casual and anyone can do it, plus all the products are drugstore.

Summer Haul 2016

Hoje venho-vos mostrar o que comprei nestas promoções de verão! Eu não comprei muita coisa como no ano passado, que foi vergonhoso. Em vez disso, comprei o que precisava. Se calhar, ainda vou fazer mais compras até os saldos acabarem, mas por agora é isto.
Os saldos eram bons, encontrei alguns bastante bons, mas não haviam muitos... Oh well, estou contente com o que comprei e isso é o que interessa!!
Eu fiz anos em Junho e recebi um presente da sephora, por isso não comprei todas as coisinhas neste haul.

Today I'm going to show you what I bought on this summer sales! I haven't bought a lot like last year, that was a disgrace. Instead I bought what I needed. Maybe I'm going to shop more till the sales end but for now this is it.
The sales were great, I found really good deals but not much... Oh well, I'm happy with what I bought and that's what matters!!

How I started my Skincare Routine

Heyy guys!

Hoje venho-vos falar da minha rotina diária para a pele e como eu comecei a fazê-la. Fui a uma consulta de dermatologia e perguntei ao médico acerca da minha acne e o que eu podia fazer para ela melhorar. Eu não tinha uma acne severa mas quando eu fico mais stressada e naquela altura do mês a minha cara explode, não literalmente mas vocês entendem ahah.

O médico prescreveu-me uns remédios e um creme. Fui à farmácia e o farmacêutico disse-me que com o que o médico me prescreveu a minha pele iria ficar muito sensível e com o sol podia acontecer eu ficar com marcas para sempre se não usasse protetor solar. Tenho feito estas três coisas à dois meses e apenas com uma semana notei as diferenças! Agora só tenho algumas marcas mas está tudo ótimo!!

Eu acho que podem dizer que sou viciada no Youtube ahah e nestes últimos anos tenho visto imensas raparigas a usar o Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion, então decidi que iria comprar pois eu realmente queria o experimentar. Um dia fui jantar e fazer umas compras com umas amigas e tinha um cupão com dinheiro de uma loja. Entrei e vi que tinham o creme da Clinique. A senhora de lá perguntou se eu queria alguma ajuda e eu referi-lhe o creme e ela aconselhou-me o Gel em vez do Lotion. O Lotion é para peles secas e o Gel é para peles oleosas, a minha pele é uma combinação das duas, é oleosa apenas na zona T, por isso trouxe o Gel. Ainda tinha algum dinheiro de sobra mas não sabia o que comprar então pedi um conselho à senhora. Ela perguntou se eu tinha algum produto para lavar a cara antes de aplicar o creme e eu disse que não. Ela referiu-me um sabão da marca Gamila Secret e que ajudava com a acne, eu gostei da ideia e acabei por trazer os dois produtos.

Today I'm going to tel you my skincare routine and how I started doint it. I went to an appointment with a dermatologist and I asked about my acne and what I could do to make my skin get better. I didn't have severe acne but when I get more stressed and in that time of the month my face explodes, not literally but you understand haha.

The doctor prescribed some pills and a cream. I went to the pharmacy and the guy in there told me that wit the things the doctor prescribed to me my skin would get sensitive and with the sun I could stay with marks forever if I didn't use a sunscreen. I've been doing it for 2 months and with only 1 week I saw the differences. Now I still have marks but so far so good!

I guess you can call me an Youtube addict haha and in my last years of watching it I've seen a lot of girls using the Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion so I decided I would get one because I really wanted to try it. One day I went to have dinner and go shopping with some friends and I had some money from a store. I went there and I saw the Clinique product. The lady in there asked if I needed any help and I told her about that product and she advised me the Gel one instead of the Lotion. The Lotion is for dry skin and the Gel is for oily skin, my skin its kind of a combination, the oily part of my skin is the T zone so I got the Gel. I had some money left but I didn't know what to buy so I asked for an advise from the lady, she asked if I had any product with which I could clean my skin before applying the moisturizer and I said no. She told me about a soap from the brand Gamila Secret and that it helped with acne too so I liked the idea and bought those two products.

What's in my suitcase?!

Este fim de semana fui dar um passeio com os meus pais e decidi mostrar-vos o que trouxe comigo. Trouxe uma mala pequena, uma mochila leve e uma carteira. Foi uma viagem de duas noites e o tempo não estava muito bom então levei roupas mais quentinhas e podem ver o que pus em cada lado da mala. Podem também ver o que levei na minha carteira. Levei a câmara na mochila e a razão de ter levado uma carteira maior na mala foi no caso da mochila rasgar.

This weekend I went on a roadtrip with my parents and I decided to show you what I brought with me. I brought a suitcase, a light backpack and a purse. It was a two nights trip and the weather wasn't very nice so I had to take more warm clothes and you can see what I had in each side of the suitcase. You can also see what I had in my purse. I took my camera in the backpack and the reason why I brought a bigger purse in the suitcase was in the case the backpack rip.

Já sentiram saudades minhas? Ahah

Eu queria continuar com este blog então tive a ideia de começar com algumas séries e dessa forma eu teria assunto para falar. Espero que consiga continuar com a minha ideia, porque sou bastante preguiçosa e isso não ajuda em nada.

Então algumas das minhas ideias seriam a minha bolsa de maquilhagem para cada estação, conjuntos de roupa, compras (o que mais gosto, claro), coisas que quisesse comprar, testar novos produtos (eu queria experimentar alguns produtos com mais qualidade mas como sou uma adolescente ainda não tenho um emprego e é um pouco difícil), entre outras ideias.
